Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt by the customer of the order confirmation.
For processing and delivery of orders, the warehouse needs 3/5 working days, then the customer will receive an email with the confirmation of delivery to the courier. The email contains the tracking code useful to follow the route of the shipment.
For shipments to the islands, delivery times may be extended by 1 or 2 days. For foreign shipments it is possible to consult the shipment table on the “Foreign Shipments” page.
